Sardine

The Sardine model is a slim drawn out version of the original Anchovy model. This board has the same bottom contour as my Anchovy model. I have tweaked the fins. I’m using a Twin fin template somewhere between a keel fin outline and a standard MR twin fin.  The result is great - I can go top to bottom on my backhand without drift or catching an edge that sometimes happens with twins. By narrowing the tip of the fin and having a slight sweep in the rake, you can complete single-stage turns. The rocker on this board is fairly flat with a panel-roll bottom flowing through a deep single to double concave, flattening down through the fins and a wide swallow tail.
